The mission of the Surgical Residency Program at St.
John’s is to produce well-educated, high-quality
residents who excel in general surgery or can advance
to surgical specialty fellowships. Our goals are
to train and educate physicians who have clinical skills
and humanistic qualities necessary to become well-rounded
general surgeons.
The Ambulatory Care Center is very active with practices
in General Surgery, ENT, Orthopedics, GYN, Breast Screening,
and Thoracic Cardiovascular Surgery.
St. John’s entire surgical staff is dedicated
to providing the residency program educational and clinical
experiences with high patient volume and hands-on experience.
