Our Community Service Plan

St. John’s Episcopal Hospital’s Community Service Plan is available as a brochure to encourage public accessibility. It is available on this website, and is given out at our local community events and to members of the Hospital’s Community Advisory Board.

The public is encouraged to offer their comments about the plan or to ask for copies by contacting the Public Relations Department at 718-869-7750. Community health events and programs are publicized in a number of ways including the Community Wellness Calendar, notifications in church bulletins, advertising and articles in local newspapers and public service announcements to radio stations.
