Support Groups

Prepared Childbirth Classes
The Prepared Childbirth Class prepares parents-to-be for pregnancy and delivery, and includes breathing techniques, infant care and a tour of Labor and Delivery at the Hospital. The three-session class is taught by certified birth educator registered nurses. Classes are held every other month and fees are reasonable. Diabetes Education Support Group
The Diabetes Education Support Group offers education about living with diabetes. Each meeting focuses on a different topic, led by a specialist or educator in that field. The Group meets 10 times a year on the fourth Monday of every month at 1:30 pm in the Hospital’s first floor Boardroom.
