OCTOBER 25, 2006 (Far Rockaway, NY) - - - The first recipients of a new employee recognition program at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital called Score 4 were the members of the Ambulatory Surgery team. Score 4 recognizes employees who receive four commendations for extraordinary service, compassion, caring or cooperation. The Ambulatory Surgery team members were praised by patients as “a helluva team” and for their professionalism. Each team member was presented with a gold star pin during an award ceremony.
