A licensed
physical/occupational therapist evaluates each resident and creates an individual treatment program based on each person's needs for regaining full or partial mobility under the supervision of a staff physiatrist. The Semi-Recumbent Cycle incorporates easy access, optimal positioning and two resistance modes. The step-through design makes it easy for cyclists with limited mobility to get in and out of each exercise position. A removable seat makes this piece of equipment wheelchair accessible and will meet the demands of any orthopedic, cardiac, wellness or general conditioning therapy program. All rehabilitation therapy programs are headed by and under the supervision of a staff physiatrist.
