Position: PC Support Specialist

Shift & Days: Fulltime
Days (75 hrs biweekly) NON-UNION
Job Description Summary: |

- Perform PC builds, and repair microcomputer systems
- Printer troubleshooting and repair
- Maintain inventory of all PC and related peripheral parts
- Communicate with vendors when necessary
- Resolve Helpdesk calls
- Assist Network Administrator

| Requirements/ Experience: |
| |
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows (2000/XP/Server 2003)
- Knowledge of basic Networking protocols
- At least 6 months experience in computer field
|
| Education: |
| |
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 2-Year Degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience

Security, Dept of Social Services

- 2-3 years previous experience working
in Long-term care setting
- New York State Licensed Master Social Work.
