From New Jersey, Manhattan, or Brooklyn by Car

If you are coming from New Jersey, take the New Jersey Turnpike to exit 13 (Goethals Bridge, Staten Island Expressway). Proceed across Staten Island across the Verrazano Narrows Bridge to the Belt Parkway East. Take the Belt Parkway East towards Long Island. Follow signs for Nassau Expressway (878). Take the Nassau Expressway to Rockaway Turnpike. Stay in the right lane and follow signs to Nassau Expressway (878) - Long Beach and Far Rockaway. Take the Nassau Expressway until you see a sign on the right side for the Rockaways. This is the last exit before the toll bridge. Bear right and follow Seagirt Boulevard to Beach 19th Street. Make a right turn, go to Brookhaven Avenue, and make a right turn and park on the street in front.

Take the Long Island Expressway East to the Grand Central Parkway South - continue on the Van Wyck Expressway South to Nassau Expressway (878). Take the Nassau Expressway south to Rockaway Turnpike. Stay in the right lane and follow signs to Nassau Expressway (878) - Long Beach and Far Rockaway. Take the Nassau Expressway until you see a sign on the right side for the Rockaways. This is the last exit before the toll bridge. Bear right and follow Seagirt Boulevard to Beach 19th Street. Make a right turn, go to Brookhaven Avenue, and make a right turn and park on the street in front.

From Long Island By Car

Take Meadowbrook Parkway South to the Loop Parkway to the last exit. Follow the sign for Long Beach. Take Park Avenue down to the very end (follow signs for the Bridge) and make a left. Go up to Beech Street, make a right and continue to the Atlantic Beach Bridge. Go over the Bridge and bear right (Rockaways). Follow Seagirt Boulevard to Beach 19th Street. Make a right turn, go to Brookhaven Avenue, and make a right turn and park on the street in front.

By Train

From Penn Station (via the Long Island Railroad) - Take the Railroad to the Far Rockaway Station (Last Stop). From the station, take a taxi to the Nursing Home.

From the Subway - Take the "A" (8th Avenue Line) to the Last Stop - Mott Avenue in Far Rockaway. Take a taxi to the Hospital. If you prefer to walk, proceed to Beach 20th Street just south of the Station and make a right on Beach 20th Street. Proceed 4 blocks to Brookhaven Avenue.
