Bishop Henry B. Hucles Episcopal Nursing Home
A Wonderful Place to Live
Located at 835 Herkimer Street, between Buffalo and Rochester
Avenues, the Bishop Henry B.
Hucles Episcopal Nursing Home is a state-of-the-art facility
that continues the tradition of care
established at St. Johns Episcopal Home for the Aged
and Blind. This new, modem building
accommodates 240 full-time residents along with rehabilitation
and Adult Day Health Care
clients. It unites generations of quality health care
under one roof, along with a commitment to
serving the community and the ability to meet the challenges
of the changing health care system.
Qualified and experienced staff are genuinely interested
in making Bishop Hucles a wonderful
place to live. The staff reflects the culturally diverse
community, and individual differences
and preferences are respected and catered to. Most of
all, we are dedicated to nurturing a sense
of family and well-being for everyone who enters our
home.
The Bishop Hucles Home serves as an extended family
to you, your friends and relatives.
It is your connecting link to the surrounding Bedford-Stuyvesant
community as you or your
loved ones grow old or come to need health care services. "A
new generation of care givers and care receivers collaborate
to make this home away from home a truly unique experience."
