Tax Deferred Annuity Retirement Plan

Episcopal Health Services Inc. contributes 4% of eligible employees’ annual earnings to an employer paid TDA plan. Eligible employees have a choice of four designated financial companies to select from upon satisfying one year of service, and become fully vested after three years of service.

Episcopal Health Services Inc. offers Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), which allow for pre-tax payroll deductions to be used during the plan year for eligible health care and/or dependent care expenses.

Episcopal Health Services Inc. offers eligible employees a selection of designated financial institutions to establish a personal retirement savings account on a pre-tax basis. Eligible employees may open a voluntary TDA account at any time to help save additional money for retirement.

Eligible employees with one year of continuous employment are eligible for tuition reimbursement and registration fees to a maximum of $2,000 per calendar year.
